O.k. You probably want to use very mild, non foaming cleaners and very hydrating, thick moisturizers and serums. Look for something for sensitive skin. Do not wash your face in hot water, double cleanse or wash more than twice a day. You wanna give your skin the chance to re build the lipid barrier. There are also dietary changes I personally swear by. But first and foremost, you should start with a trip to the dermatologist. Your experience could be a symptom of something else.
